Getting our Booties Kicked with MomTrends & Boudreaux's! #ButtPasteBooty


As always, MomTrends had an amazing morning planned for us. We were invited to Revive + Restore our bodies( and Booty) at the Exhale Spa in the Meatpacking District. We needed to Strengthen, Lengthen & Find our core with a 45-Minute BARRE exercise. It was my first Barre class ever and I wish someone had told me I wouldn't be able to sit on the Toilet properly or go up the stairs without pain for 2-3 days!
